Janelle’s Guest Appearance on COO Roundtable

Some of our most important work at Grand Wealth goes on behind the scenes, where our Operations Manager and Chief Compliance Officer, Janelle Anderson, keeps a careful eye on our processes and procedures. In her unsung (but essential!) role, Janelle frees the rest of us to spend more time helping clients plan better to live better.

Recently, Janelle’s operational expertise received a well-deserved spotlight when she was invited to appear as a guest on The COO Roundtable with Matt Sonnen (episode 61).

While the podcast focused on Janelle’s operational acumen, she also shared the secret sauce behind Grand Wealth’s greater culture. For example, in describing how she manages her multiple roles, she observes:  

“When you take time to educate your team, you’re building their confidence and competence … and they feel more successful.”

The same could be said for our approach to client care, where we seek to educate and empower people, so they can make the best, most joyful use of their personal wealth.

In summarizing her role as “learning how to delegate, train, and communicate,” Janelle also reinforces our focus on open communications—among ourselves, as well as with our clients, our community, and our financial colleagues.
