You may not associate windows, walls, and phone systems with a cause for celebration. However, after outgrowing our prior suite, Grand Wealth Management is delighted to settle into our new office space at Bridgewater Place. The Grand Rapids Business Journal further highlighted some of the unique elements of our space. We believe our new Bridgewater office suite truly embodies the experience we have created for ourselves and our clients, especially as we position GWM for continued growth for the next decade and beyond.Starting from ScratchOur move to Bridgewater Place, at 333 Bridge Street, comes after 14 years at our original Ottawa Avenue location. Our former space was configured as 7 private offices and 1 meeting room. With the opportunity to design a space to our own specifications, we tore the suite down to its studs and constructed our ideal workspace. The open floor plan allows us to internally collaborate with one another and to meet with clients in a range of different environments - from a formal board room, to a living-room style meeting room, to an open-air patio with an 8th floor view of the Grand River. The suite also has a designated virtual conference room, with integrated technology to serve our out of state and international clients. An Inviting DesignFrom the lighting, color, texture, and temperature, to our office furniture arrangement, we’ve strived to create a warm and welcoming gathering place that encourages thoughtful financial decision-making.“We’re thrilled to interact in this new, expanded space,” said Jeff Williams, GWM’s founder and managing principal. “Specifically, this move will allow us to continue to provide professional advice, with the same level of fiduciary care we are known for, but in a more collaborative workspace, where we can grow our team. We are excited to help our clients achieve more of what is most important to them in our new environment.”Growing with GratitudeWe are grateful to have experienced steady growth over our 15-year history, with the firm’s assets under management advancing from $27 million in 2004 to more than $375 million[1] today. GWM is also currently ranked among the top 20 wealth management firms in West Michigan[2]. We express a sincere thank you to our clients and colleagues for their continued support![1] Assets under management as of October 31, 2019[2] Grand Rapids Business Journal, 2019 Book of Lists
