Since inception, our long game here at Grand Wealth has been to focus on caring for our clients, our community, and our internal team building. By covering these key elements, we’ve assumed company growth would follow.

So far, so good. We were particularly gratified to learn that our distinct approach to business development has been recognized on a national scale, as we were named among ALM | ThinkAdvisor LUMINARIES Class of 2023.

ALM | ThinkAdvisor is a national publication, covering news of interest to our fellow financial advisors and wealth managers. Our recognition came in the category of Executive Leadership, where we were named along with three other similarly structured firms for “taking the most creative and the boldest steps to push the industry and clients’ best interests forward.”

As our award entry explained:

Grand Wealth Management has been deliberate about building an advisory team with diverse perspectives and skillsets. Advisors commonly hold a Certified Financial Planner mark, but the firm also draws from team members’ CPA/PFS, MBA and JD degrees, as well as from their specialized interests. Succession planning has become integral to the firm’s development as well, as has its three-year Financial Advisor Residency Program for recent college graduates. In late 2022, Grand Wealth added a sabbatical benefit that is now available to any full-time employee who has been with the firm for five years.

We are excited about this opportunity to share our methods with like-minded advisors across the country. When we can inspire, and be inspired by others, we believe everyone ends up better served.

Disclosure:
The Class of 2023 Finalists were selected by the LUMINARIES' editorial team. They also have been reviewed by a diverse panel of judges from across the advice industry. A select group of winners will be announced on stage at the LUMINARIES’ third awards dinner and gala — set to take place Nov. 28 at Gotham Hall in New York. For the LUMINARIES entry process, candidates may be nominated in various award categories across the financial services and investment advisory industries. Submitters are eligible to nominate individuals and firms in up to four categories. Each submission must be unique to that particular category to be considered. No compensation has been provided by Grand Wealth or any affiliates to obtain or use the third-party rating.”
